How much does a phone repair cost?
The price depends on the model and the problem. Send the model and what happened on WhatsApp +55 48 99110-7381 and we will reply with a price, always in Brazilian reais.
How long does a repair take?
Screen and battery replacements are ready in up to 2 hours on most phones. iPads, Apple Watches and logic board repairs take longer.
Where is the shop and what are the opening hours?
Inside Floripa Shopping: Rod. Virgílio Várzea, 587, Saco Grande, Florianópolis. Open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm, and Sunday, 2pm to 8pm. There are no repairs on Sundays.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty lasts 90 days and applies to the service and to the part we replace, against defects. It does not cover drops, liquid or misuse after the repair.
Can I pay with a foreign card?
We accept Pix and debit and credit cards. Before you come, ask on WhatsApp whether your foreign card works.
Do you speak English?
This page is in English and you can message us on WhatsApp. If you need help at the counter, let us know before you come.
My phone got wet at the beach. Can it be fixed?
Often, yes. Do not turn it on or charge it, and bring it in quickly for a chemical cleaning, especially if it fell in seawater.
Can you fix it while I am travelling?
Yes, for jobs that are ready in a few hours, such as screens and batteries. Tell us your travel dates on WhatsApp so we can plan it.
