A series, S series and foldables
The A series includes entry-level and mid-range Galaxy phones, like the A15 and A54. The S series is the top line, like the S23 and S24, with more expensive screens and cameras. The Z Flip and Z Fold foldables have an inside screen that folds, and they need extra care in any repair.
Independent or authorized repair
Help Cell is not an authorized Samsung repair shop. It is an independent, specialized repair shop with its own technicians, and it repairs all brands. How much a Samsung repair costs

Common mistakes when repairing a Galaxy
Charging a Samsung with a swollen battery
A cover or screen that lifts means the battery is swollen. Continuing to charge it is a heat risk. Turn the phone off and bring it in for replacement.
Turning on a phone that fell in water
Turning it on or charging it with liquid inside can short the board. Turn it off, don't press any buttons, and bring the phone in for chemical cleaning as soon as you can.
