Redmi, Poco and Xiaomi: which one is your phone
Redmi, Poco and Xiaomi are names from the same manufacturer. Knowing which one is written on your phone helps you ask for the right Xiaomi repair. What changes from one family to another is the phone's price, the type of screen, and how easy it is to find parts. Those factors drive the price of the repair.
Many people search for Xiaomi repair without knowing which of the three families their model belongs to. If the name on the box or in Settings is not clear, send a photo of the back of the phone on WhatsApp and the shop will identify it.
Redmi: the most common line on the street
Redmi covers entry-level and mid-range models, such as the numbered Redmi 12, 13 and 15, the Note series and the letter models (A3, A5, 13C, 14C). Because it sells so much, parts are usually easy to find, and repairs tend to cost the least in the brand.
Poco: performance at a lean price
Poco is the line built for gaming and speed, with the X, F, M and C series. On the most powerful models, the phone runs hotter and the battery works harder, which is why battery replacement and charging port cleaning come up a lot.
Xiaomi numbered models: the top of the range
Models such as the Xiaomi 14, 15 and 17, including the T versions, are the most complete in the brand. They have more expensive screens and cameras and a more delicate build, so the price tends to be the highest.
What Help Cell does not do with Xiaomi
We do not sell phones and we do not unlock devices, including a forgotten Mi Account. The work is hardware: screen, battery, charging port, board, camera and water-damaged phones.

How much does a Xiaomi repair cost
The price depends on the family, the model and the problem. A Redmi A3 and a Xiaomi 15 do not have parts with similar prices, so Help Cell does not publish one single price. Send us the model on WhatsApp and you will get the answer for your case.

What nobody tells you before repairing a Xiaomi
People who choose a repair shop in a hurry run into details that could have been avoided. These are the ones that come up most with Redmi, Poco and Xiaomi.
Common mistakes when repairing a Xiaomi
Using a charger of unknown origin
A bad charger slowly damages the battery and the charging port. If the phone started to heat up or charge badly, change the charger before blaming the phone.
Continuing to use a swollen battery
A screen or back cover that lifts is a sign of a swollen battery. Charging it further risks overheating. Turn it off and bring it in for replacement.
Choosing only by the lowest price
The lowest price often means a lower-quality part, with worse brightness and a shorter life. Compare the price together with the part and the warranty.
Checklist: before you bring your Xiaomi
Write down the exact model name
Under Settings, About phone, you will find the name. Redmi Note 13 and Redmi 13 are different phones, with different parts.
Back up your data if the phone still turns on
Screen and battery replacement does not erase data, but a backup protects you from any surprise.
Have your lock screen code ready
The shop may need to turn the phone on to test it. Check with Help Cell what it needs.

Do you repair Redmi and Poco, or only Xiaomi?

Is Help Cell an authorized Xiaomi repair shop?

Will I lose my phone data?
When replacing the screen or battery, no: photos, contacts and apps stay on the phone. Even so, back up first if your Xiaomi still turns on. The shop also does data backup.
Is the part you use original?

Does the repair come with a warranty?
Yes. The warranty is 90 days and covers the service and the part against defects. It does not cover drops, liquid or misuse after the repair.
Do you remove the Xiaomi account or unlock the phone?
No. Help Cell does not unlock devices. The work is hardware: screen, battery, charging port, board, camera and water-damaged phones.
