What AirPods repair can fix
AirPods are three devices in one: two tiny earbuds and a case that stores and charges both. Any of the three can fail on its own, so the first step is to find out which part has the problem. Many people think an earbud is "dead" when only the case or the charging contact is dirty.
Help Cell is not an Apple authorized service. We are an independent repair shop. We check the whole set and explain what is a repair, what is a cleaning, and what is a part replacement.
AirPods battery
The AirPods battery is small and wears down with every charge. Over time, the earbud lasts fewer hours, shuts off before the case runs out, or shows a charge level that suddenly drops. On some models, a battery replacement is possible. On others, the part isn't worth it. The check shows which case you have.
Low, muffled or cutting-out sound
Low sound is usually caused by dirt. Earwax and dust clog the mesh where the sound comes out. A careful cleaning fixes many cases. If the mesh is clean and the sound is still bad, the fault may be in the internal speaker.
Case that won't charge
The case charges the earbuds through metal contacts and gets its power through the charging port. Dirt on the contacts, a worn port, or a tired case battery cause the same symptom: the earbud goes back into the case and the charge doesn't go up.

How much AirPods repair costs
The price depends on the model and the fault. Cleaning a clogged earbud is very different from replacing a battery, and Help Cell only sets the price after we know your case. Send the model and the symptom on WhatsApp and you get the price in reply.

What nobody tells you before repairing AirPods
AirPods are small, tightly built and delicate. A few precautions before you bring them in can save you unnecessary costs.
Common mistakes with AirPods that fail
Poking the earbud mesh with a pin or toothpick
The mesh is thin, and dirt pushed inside makes the sound worse. If the sound is low, leave the cleaning to someone with the right tools.
Using alcohol or water to clean the case
Liquid runs into the contacts and inside the case. Use a dry, soft cloth and, if the dirt is heavy, bring it in for a check.
Continuing to charge an earbud that gets too hot
An earbud or case that gets hot while charging is a sign of a fault. Stop using it and bring the set in, instead of forcing the charger.

The fault can be in either one, and having both lets us test charging and pairing.
Note the model
On an iPhone, open Settings, tap the name of your AirPods and check the model. With it, Help Cell can answer you faster on WhatsApp.
Make sure the iPhone is not the cause
Test the earbuds on another device. If they work well there, the problem may be the pairing with your phone, not the AirPods.

Can the AirPods battery be replaced?
It depends on the model. On some, a replacement is possible. On others, the part is so small that it isn't worth it. The check shows whether your AirPods battery can be fixed and how much it costs.
How long does the repair take?
The time depends on the fault. A cleaning is faster than a part replacement. Help Cell gives you the time for your case during the check, before you approve the service.
My AirPods fell in water. Can they still be fixed?
They might be. The sooner the better. Don't turn them on or charge the case, and bring the set in for a check. Water slowly corrodes the battery and the contacts.
Do you clean AirPods?
Yes. Cleaning the contacts is a courtesy, and it often fixes charging and low-sound problems. If the cause is something else, the team explains it and gives you the price of the repair.
Do AirPods have a warranty after the repair?
Help Cell offers a 90-day warranty on its services. Ask on WhatsApp how it applies to AirPods. It does not cover drops, liquid or misuse after the repair.
Are you an Apple authorized service?
No. Help Cell is an independent repair shop. That means the check and the repair are done by our own technical team, not by the Apple network.
Do you sell new or used AirPods?
No. Help Cell repairs devices and does not sell phones or AirPods. If your pair can't be fixed, the team will tell you clearly.
