Help Cell repairs the same things on other brands as on any phone: screen, battery, charging port, camera, sound, buttons, signal and board. The list of problems is the same. What changes from brand to brand is the part and how long it takes to get it.

The brands we see most at the bench
Outside the three most common brands, Realme, LG, Asus (the Zenfone line) and Positivo are the ones that come up most in searches. Nokia, now sold by another company, also has loyal fans. If your brand is not on this list, ask us anyway.
Why phones from less common brands are harder to repair
The reason is almost always the part. Brands with few sales have fewer parts in circulation, and shops that do not work with them often say "I can't" to avoid the risk. Help Cell looks at your case and tells you what can be done, without promising what we do not yet know.
Discontinued brands can also be repaired
LG, for example, stopped selling phones, but many people still use a K41S or a Velvet. Most of these phones can still be repaired for most problems. What changes is the search for the part, which can take longer.

Before you bring a phone from an uncommon brand for repair
With an uncommon brand, a few steps save time and avoid surprises. These are the main ones.
Common mistakes with uncommon brand phones
Giving up at the first shop that said no
Many shops only work with the best-selling brands and turn away the rest. That does not mean your phone can't be repaired. It only means that shop does not work with that brand.
Buying the part on your own
A loose part bought online may be for a similar model with a different connector. Before you buy, ask the repair shop which part fits your phone.
Waiting for the phone to get worse
A cracked screen cracks more, and a swollen battery can burst. The sooner the phone reaches the bench, the better the chance that the part still exists.

How long does the repair take?
Screen and battery repairs are ready in up to 2 hours when the part is in the shop. For other problems and for parts that need to be ordered, the shop tells you the time after the check.
Do you repair LG, even though the brand has left the market?
Yes, for most problems. LG stopped selling phones, but the devices are still in use. The part may take longer, and our team tells you before we go ahead.
Do you repair Asus Zenfone, Realme and Positivo?
Yes. These brands are part of the Help Cell service. Send the exact model on WhatsApp and our team confirms the repair, the part and the price.
Will I lose my phone data?
For screen, battery and connector repairs, photos and contacts stay on the phone. Even so, back up first if the phone still turns on. Help Cell also does phone data backup.
Does the repair come with a warranty?
Yes. The 90-day warranty covers the repair done against defects. It does not cover drops, liquid or misuse after the repair.
Do you unlock phones or sell devices?
No. Help Cell is a repair service: we repair your phone, we do not sell phones, and we do not unlock them.
Do you pick up and deliver the phone?
Yes. The pickup and delivery service covers Greater Florianópolis, for any repair, with a fee.
