MacBook Pro 16 screen replacement
The MacBook Pro 16 screen is a 16.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR, with ProMotion up to 120 Hz. It is one module, with the panel and the lid, so the replacement is the whole assembly, not a loose piece of glass.

MacBook Pro 16 battery replacement
Apple designs Mac notebook batteries to keep up to 80% of their original capacity after 1,000 full charge cycles. Past that point, or if the MacBook shuts off with charge left, or the bottom case has swollen, a replacement usually makes sense.
To see how many cycles yours has, open the Apple menu, choose About This Mac and look for the battery in the system information. If the trackpad is lifting or the lid does not close properly, stop using it and bring the laptop in. Learn about MacBook battery replacement.

I spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro 16. What do I do?
Turn it off right away, unplug the charger, and do not turn it on again to test it. The sooner the laptop reaches the bench, the better the chance to save the board. See chemical cleaning for a wet MacBook.
Will I lose my files in the repair?
In screen, battery and keyboard replacements, the storage is not touched. Even so, make a backup before you bring the laptop in. If the MacBook does not turn on, talk to Help Cell before anything else.
My MacBook Pro 16 gets hot and slow. Does thermal paste fix it?
