Logic board specialists
Signal and Wi-Fi often depend on the logic board, and our team does this repair.

Is your phone without signal, unable to connect to Wi-Fi, or unable to read the SIM card? Help Cell checks your Android at Floripa Shopping and finds out if the problem is in the SIM card, the antenna or the logic board.
A phone with no signal is one that loses the carrier network, won't connect to Wi-Fi, won't pair over Bluetooth, or says there is no SIM card. Sometimes the cause is simple, like a dirty SIM card or a network setting. In other cases the problem is in the antenna or the logic board, and only the workbench can fix it. At Help Cell the check is done at Floripa Shopping, and you know what was found before any repair.
A phone's signal depends on three parts working together: the SIM card that identifies you to the carrier, the antennas that pick up the network, and the logic board that processes all of it. When one of them fails, the phone shows "no service", "no SIM" or has no internet. Finding out which of the three is broken is the job of the check.
Your phone stays the same after the repair, with your data and apps. Only the part or component that failed is replaced or repaired.
If the phone says there is no SIM card, the problem can be the SIM card, the small tray where it sits, or the SIM reader, the connector on the logic board that touches the card. A corroded SIM card, a bent tray after a drop, and a SIM reader with weak contact all cause the same symptom.
The phone's antennas are small contacts and cables spread through the body. A drop, a hit on the side, or an earlier opening of the phone can loosen one of these cables and cut the signal, the Wi-Fi or the GPS.
When the fault is in components soldered to the logic board, such as the chip that handles the network or the Wi-Fi, the repair is a logic board repair done with microsoldering. This is the most common case after a hard drop or contact with liquid.
An update that did not finish, a damaged network setting, and a carrier profile with an error can also cut the signal. That is why the check starts with the simplest causes and only opens the phone after that.
If you recognize any of these six signs, it is worth bringing the phone in for a check.
Five simple tests solve some cases and help the technician find the fault faster. Do them in order, without rushing and without opening the phone.
Turn on airplane mode for ten seconds, then turn it off. This forces the phone to search for the network again and fixes short-term glitches.
If the SIM card works in another phone, the problem is in your phone. If it doesn't work there either, the SIM card is faulty, and the carrier can replace it. This test tells you in one minute whether the problem is the SIM or the phone.
Put a SIM card that you know works in your phone. If it isn't read either, the fault is in the phone, the SIM reader or the logic board.
Restart the phone and try to connect to two different networks. If neither works, the problem is in the phone. If only one fails, the problem is most likely the router.
In the Android settings there is an option to reset Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth. It erases the saved networks and can fix a damaged setting. Write down your Wi-Fi passwords first.
Four steps, from the first message to your phone with signal again.
Tell us the brand, the model and what happens: no signal, no Wi-Fi, no SIM or Bluetooth.
The technician starts with the simplest checks, so the phone is not opened for nothing.
If the phone needs to be opened, Help Cell explains the fault found and the price before repairing it.
You check the signal, the Wi-Fi and the SIM card at the store before you take the phone.
What you get in the service price and what is not covered.
The price depends on the cause of the fault: a SIM reader, a loose antenna and a logic board repair are very different services. That is why Help Cell does not publish one fixed price. Send the model and the symptom on WhatsApp, and the reply comes with the price for your case.
| Factor | How it affects the price | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Where the fault is | A loose connector or cable is simpler than a logic board component. | A loose antenna from a drop, next to a damaged network chip. |
| Phone model | Parts and access to the logic board change from one model to another. | A phone with a glued back cover needs more care to open. |
| Contact with liquid | Corrosion can reach several points and increase the work. | A phone that got wet and lost signal and Wi-Fi at the same time. |
| Several faults together | Signal, camera or charging faults at the same time add up to more work. | A drop that affected the signal and the charging connector. |
| Part needed | When a part has to be replaced, its availability and quality change the price. | A SIM reader that needs to be replaced. |
People who lose signal often try everything before they go to a workbench, and some attempts make the problem worse. These are the points that matter most.
Asking the carrier for a new SIM card only makes sense if the old card also fails in another phone. Otherwise you lose time and the fault stays.
Apps that promise to boost the signal do not fix the antenna or the logic board. If the fault is in the hardware, no app can solve it.
Pressing the side until the signal returns points to a loose contact inside the phone. Pushing harder can loosen it even more. Bring the phone in and tell the technician this detail, as it helps the diagnosis.
After a drop, after getting wet, after an update, or for no reason? This tells us whether the cause is physical or software.
The SIM card you use and the tray that came with the phone help separate a SIM card fault from a phone fault.
A signal repair usually does not erase data, but a backup protects you from surprises. Use the Wi-Fi of another network or a cable if your own Wi-Fi won't connect.
An overview of what each symptom suggests. Only the check confirms the cause in your phone.
| Symptom | SIM card or tray | Antenna | Logic board |
|---|---|---|---|
| "No SIM" message | Very likely | Unlikely | Possible, if the SIM reader is on the logic board |
| No service, with SIM read | Unlikely | Likely | Possible |
| Wi-Fi doesn't show up | Not related | Likely | Possible |
| Bluetooth won't connect | Not related | Possible | Possible |
| Signal disappears after a drop or water | Possible | Likely | Likely |

Matheus looked after me very well! He was super attentive and managed to help me with my phone, which had dirt in the charging port. He fixed it quickly and explained everything clearly. Excellent service!
Efficient service on WhatsApp from Mykael and in the store from Josué. Excellent service! I took my phone in to replace the charging connector, but the technician checked it and, after a cleaning, found that the replacement was not necessary. The store did not charge for the cleaning either. Transparent, honest service and quality work. I recommend Help Cell!
Bruno CamargoGoogle review, Aug 2026I love this store, and Matheus's service definitely makes all the difference. He deserves the best rating possible! I recommend the store with my eyes closed and I will happily buy here again. Score: 10000.

It can be a dirty or corroded SIM card, a bent tray, or a fault in the SIM reader on the logic board. Test the SIM card in another phone: if it works there, the problem is in your phone, and it is worth bringing it in for a check.
If other devices connect to the same network and yours doesn't, the problem is in your phone. Restart it and reset the network settings. If it still fails, the antenna or the Wi-Fi component on the logic board may be faulty.
Yes, when the fault is in the hardware. First, delete the old pairing and try again with another headset. If no device pairs, the technician checks the antenna and the logic board.
Usually not: the signal repair works on the antenna, the SIM reader or the logic board, not on the memory. Even so, make a backup before if the phone still turns on. Help Cell also does data backup.
Yes. The 90-day warranty covers the service against defects. It does not cover drops, liquid or misuse after the repair.
Turn the phone off, do not charge it, and bring it to Help Cell. Corrosion can reach the antenna and the logic board, and chemical corrosion removal is usually the first step.
The check looks at the signal first. If the technician finds another fault, such as the battery or the charging connector, the store tells you and you decide what to fix. If the fault is on the logic board, see the logic board repair for Android phones.
