How long does a Face ID repair take?
It depends on the cause. There is no single timeframe like the screen and battery repairs. The shop will tell you the timeframe after the assessment.
Face ID stopped working after a screen repair. Can it be fixed?

Can Face ID always be fixed?
Not always. When the sensor module is damaged, the repair may not be possible, or it may not be worth it. Help Cell tells you this at the assessment, before any work.
Will I lose the data on my iPhone?
In principle, no. The Face ID repair does not erase photos, contacts or apps. Even so, if the iPhone still turns on, back it up before you bring it in. Help Cell also does data backup.
My iPhone has Touch ID, not Face ID. Do you fix it?
