Cracked screen on the iPhone 14: how the replacement works
The iPhone 14 screen is an OLED with Ceramic Shield glass, and the replacement is done as one unit: glass, touch sensor and display. In most cases it is ready in up to 2 hours, while you wait in the store.
On the Pro models, the screen has the Dynamic Island, the pill-shaped area at the top, and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The other two models have the traditional notch. iPhone 14 battery no longer lasts the day
Apple says the iPhone 14 battery keeps up to 80% of its original capacity after 500 full charge cycles, under ideal conditions. After that, it is normal for it to run for less time, and a replacement brings back the battery life it had when new.

iPhone 14 that won't charge: start with cleaning
When the iPhone 14 does not charge, the cause is often dirt inside the port, not the phone itself. All models use a Lightning port, where dust and pocket lint build up and stop the cable from going all the way in.
